Sean was very professional in all he did and went above and beyond by assisting me in the process of decisions regarding a residential resale or new build. In addition he also walked me through the financial aspect and was able to connect me with a great lender. Since I lived in the Chicago area he referred me to a realtor and my home was sold in less than a week! He also drove to various locations and took video's of homes that were a possibility and emailed them to me. As I moved to Colorado he drove me to many homes and properties and was always available. Once I selected a home (new build) he made regular visits to the property to ensure things went according to plan and would update me. Before and after the closing was completed Sean followed up with the builder to ensure everything was according to the contract and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Sean for both selling and purchasing a home!

Working with Sean was the easiest part about our home buying experience. This was our first home, Sean's knowledge and patience with our hundreds of questions really helped make buying a home as stress free as possible. Sean was very responsive, I never had to wait long at all for an answer. Sean was also very helpful during showings, he shared knowledge and pointed out things he noticed about the house, but was also careful not to try and sway our decision one way or another. He was simply there to help us find the house we needed, and he never got frustrated when we didn't like a house for one reason or another. I hope Sean is still in the real estate business when we buy our next house, because if he's not the next guy/gal has big shoes to fill. Thanks Sean!

Sean is an amazing agent who goes far above and beyond for his clients. We were residing in CA in 2018 when we decided to purchase a home in CO. As soon as I started searching listings, I was approached by multiple agents who were very aggressive. I responded to all that I was a CA resident not looking to move until spring. Sean was the ONLY agent that paid attention to this detail. He went on to ask us to describe what we wanted in our home and, again, paid attention. He was non intrusive but totally responsive whenever we had a question. He pointed out homes that met our criteria in case we had missed seeing them on line. Several times he shot video of a home we had indicated interest in to clarify what we could not see from CA. I totally trust his instincts and expertise. Sean has continued to offer assistance even after our close. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and personable. We now consider him a lifelong friend as well.
