Inventory is still low as are mortgage interest rates. While demand is strong from buyers, they are pushing back. As prices have gone up so dramatically, they are less interested in homes that need a lot of work or aren't more ideally located. As such, some homes are sitting on the market rather than going under contract right away. In this video I'll show how the numbers are trending in Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties and what you can expect should you enter the market as a buyer or seller.
